  My everyday work relys on using my personal PC and any minutes that it is "down" I am losing money. One call to Entre's service manager was all it took to get the problem fixed, within 24 hrs. Although my motherboard was unfixable, Entre was able to find me a better PC for a reasonable price, while adding memory and also making sure that I was protected and under warranty. They loaded my old hard drive, so I did not lose ANY of my old programs or data (at no extra cost). They are the best to work with, and really care about their customers!!!
