  The kids and I went in for an exam for glasses and contacts. I was informed that the contact exam would need to be done at a later time and that my glasses would take 7-10 days to arrive, but probably less. I called to check status of my glasses and was informed that they were shipped, as of day 14 still didn't have my glasses and was informed that they had still not been shipped. I cancelled the order went to another company to get my glasses and contacts and was informed that lenscrafters had billed my insurance for contact exam when it never took place. This place has horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. If I could give them zero stars I would.
